The front portion of the homesite also offers the possibility of adding a private pickleball court or another recreational amenity, allowing the property to evolve around the owner's lifestyle.

A Rare Sense of Privacy and Freedom

Casa Horizonte also offers an important advantage for discerning buyers: no HOA fees. Its setting within Hacienda Pinilla's master-planned environment provides an established framework for architectural and community standards, offering greater confidence regarding the character and future development of the surrounding area.

For an owner, this translates into something increasingly difficult to find in sought-after coastal real estate: the ability to enjoy a substantial private residence within an established community while maintaining a strong sense of space, privacy, and control.

Hacienda Pinilla | Costa Rica's Pacific Lifestyle

Hacienda Pinilla is one of Costa Rica's most established private resort and residential communities, encompassing more than 4,500 acres (1,800 hectares) of tropical landscape and over 5 kilometers of Pacific coastline.

Life here extends far beyond the residence. Owners enjoy an exceptional collection of recreational amenities, including an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Mike Young, a private Beach Club overlooking the Pacific, tennis and pickleball facilities, an equestrian center, and an extensive network of nature and mountain-biking trails. The golf course is also recognized by the National Audubon Society for its environmental stewardship.

The result is a rare combination of privacy, recreation, natural beauty, and established infrastructure—an environment where days can move effortlessly from the golf course to the beach, from active adventures to long afternoons beside the pool, and from sunset gatherings to quiet evenings at home.

An Exceptional Costa Rican Residence

Casa Horizonte is more than an impressive residence; it is a home designed around the way people truly want to live in Costa Rica—with generous spaces for family and friends, a seamless connection to nature, and the freedom to enjoy every season of life at your own pace.

For buyers seeking a substantial private residence in one of Guanacaste's most established coastal communities, Casa Horizonte offers a rare combination of scale, privacy, flexibility, and lifestyle appeal.
